Students have the right to request that directory information not be released to outside parties. 要求保密, students must complete the Student Privacy Request Form in the 注册处.

Below is list of disclosures that postsecondary institutions may make without consent.

FERPA permits the disclosure of PI from students' education records, 未经学生同意, if the disclosure meets certain conditions found in §99.FERPA条例第31条. 除了向学校官员披露, disclosures related to some judicial orders or lawfully issued subpoenas, 目录信息的披露, 以及对学生的披露, §99.32 of FERPA regulations requires the institution to record the disclosure.
